The Error Fault and Failure Tool runs under both Unix and Windows NT, using perl. See below for installation instructions.

Why do we request information about you?

Unix Users:

1. Change your directory to that where CGI scripts are located.
2. uncompress EFFTool.tar.Z
3. tar xf EFFTool.tar
   
4. Then follow the directions in fault/README.TXT

NT Users:

1. Save/rename the file to your computer save it as EFFTool_tar.Z
2. Open the file EFFTool_tar.Z using a utility such as WINZIP.
3. When WINZIP asks for the name of the resulting file tell it EFFTool.tar. WINZIP will show a complete listing of the EFFTool files.
4. Extract all of the files shown to the directory where CGI scripts are located.
5. Then follow the directions in fault/README.TXT
